Join us for Carb Curious Festival — a full day of guilt free carb party happening at Sunset Triangle Plaza at Silverlake! This unique community event challenges the anxiety and shame often associated with eating, especially around carbs — the most misunderstood comfort food of them all.
This one-of-a-kind festival invites everyone to break breads, not minds — to let go of diet guilt, embrace mindful eating, and rediscover the simple joy of sharing a good meal.
Why We’re Hosting This Event:
Carbs have often been misunderstood, but they’re also the foods that bring us together — from noodles and dumplings to tortillas and croissants. At the Carb-Curious Festival, hosted by Eastern Harmony Mental Health, we’re using food as a bridge to mental wellness and community connection. Our goal is to help people celebrate balance, not restriction.
