Join us for Carb Curious Festival — a free, outdoor celebration of food, mental health, and cultural joy! This unique community event challenges the anxiety and shame often associated with eating, especially around carbs — the most misunderstood comfort food of them all.

Through delicious tastings, interactive workshops, and vibrant cultural programming, we’re taking a stand against diet culture and saying yes to nourishment without guilt.
